David Foulk, M.D.

Board-Certified Orthopaedic Surgeon

Dr. David Foulk received his medical degree from Wright State University School of Medicine in 2004. He went on to complete a five year orthopaedic surgery residency at Indiana University in Indianapolis, Indiana. In 2010, he completed a fellowship in sports medicine at Cincinnati Sports Medicine in Cincinnati, Ohio, where he obtained expert training in the latest techniques in open and arthroscopic surgery of the knee and shoulder. Dr. Foulk is board-certified in Orthopaedic Surgery and is a Diplomate of the American Board of Orthopaedic Surgery. His special interests include cartilage restoration, ACL reconstruction, and arthroplasty/arthroscopy of the knee and shoulder. Dr. Foulk dedicates his work to the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of diseases and injuries of the musculoskeletal system with an aim to restore patient functionality and provide an early return to work/sports. He resides in Orlando with his wife and three young children.
